Return & Exchange Policy

We are positive that you will love your new Kitsch ‘n Whimsy aprons and products! If you are unsatisfied with your items, please contact us at [email protected] immediately so we can happily address your concern.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund any returned unworn, unwashed product with tags still attached, within 30 days of purchasing.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. Your refund will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping, and will be delivered to the original form of payment used.

We ask that you please ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Please note that all return postage will be paid by the buyer in all instance, whether you are returning or exchanging a product.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any unworn, unwashed Kitsch ‘n Whimsy product with it’s original packaging within 30/120 days of purchasing. Please be aware that if you are making an exchange, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

Items Not Available for Returns or Exchanges

Custom Orders: Custom items are non-returnable or exchangeable. This is because the item was created specifically for you and according to your specifications.

Sale/Clearance Items: Purchases of sale or clearance items are final and will be ineligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping

When shipping your items, we will ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. Please make sure that the address listed within your PayPal account is your current shipping address. We will not be responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

Please make sure your color selection, size, and PayPal address are correct before you purchase. If you notice something is incorrect in your order, please notify us within 24 hours at [email protected]. We will take you through our order cancellation process so that you may complete a new order with the correct information. After 24 hours, we will be unable to cancel or change your order.

International Orders

All international purchases are final and ineligible for returns or exchanges. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, which will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
